Jonathan Berzer has published fiction in Blue Lake Review, 34th Parallel Magazine, and the Citron Review. An excerpt of his novel Antidote was a winner of the 2022 Novel Slices writing contest and appeared in Novel Slices Issue 4. he received his MFA from Antioch University Los Angeles and lives in Los Angeles.
Keely Bowers has published work in Carve, Crazyhorse, and Creative Nonfiction, and she won the Nelson Algren Award. She teaches at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dan DeNoon is a retired medical journalist currently enrolled in the Drexel University MFA in Creative Writing program, class of 2024. He is working on a collection of short stories set in the last half of the 20th century. The stories share some characters, who may appear in major or minor roles. The theme of each story involves at least one character wrestling, more or less successfully, with her or his shadow. Dan lives in Atlanta with his wife, a psychotherapist, and their border collie. Although he has published thousands of nonfiction articles, Dan has only now begun offering fiction stories for publication.
Peycho Kanev is the author of 12 poetry collections and three chapbooks, published in the USA and Europe. His poems have appeared in many literary magazines, such as: Rattle, Poetry Quarterly, Evergreen Review, Front Porch Review, Hawaii Review, Barrow Street, Sheepshead Review, Off the Coast, The Adirondack Review, Sierra Nevada Review, The Cleveland Review and many others. His new book of poetry entitled A Fake Memoir was published in 2022 by Cyberwit.
Alshaad Kara is a Mauritian poet who writes from his heart. His latest poems were published in one Magazine, parABnormal Magazine and the anthologies, Les gardeurs de Rêves, Love Letters to Poe, Volume 2: Houses of Usher and "20.35 Africa: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry Vol. V.
Ophelia Monet is an educator, mother, and storm chaser (yes, really), living in the suburbs of Cincinnati with her husband and their son. She began writing in 2022, after learning that her late mother was a published writer under a pseudonym. Elizabeth Morse is a writer who lives in New York’s East Village. Her fiction has been published in literary magazines such as Scoundrel Time, The Raven’s Perch, and Bright Flash Literary Review. Her poetry chapbook “The Color Between the Hours,” is forthcoming from Finishing Line Press in late 2023. She has her MFA from Brooklyn College and supports her writing with a job in information technology.
Benjamin Selesnick lives and writes in New Jersey. His work has appeared in decomp, Lunch Ticket, Santa Fe Writers' Project Quarterly, and other publications. He holds an MFA in fiction from Rutgers University-Newark.
Steven M. Smith is the author of the poetry collection Strongman Contest (Kelsay Books, 2021). His poems have appeared in publications such as The American Journal of Poetry, Aji, The Worcester Review, Rattle, The Big Windows Review, Book of Matches, Offcourse, Hole in the Head Review, Third Wednesday, and Mudfish. He recently retired from the State University of New York at Oswego, where he worked as the Writing Center director. He lives in Liverpool, New York.
